Splashdogs in D-Town

Hey there westcoasters!
This is Sara, from Michigan, and I worked with Tony at the Bark in the Park here in Detroit. It was a really fun event, and Tony was a great guy to work with! I am really impressed with the Splashdogs organization, so much so that I am really tempted to come out there one of these days and see how the west coast does it. Never been further west than Iowa, but I am sure if anything will take me out there, I would not be surprised if it was dockjumping---seen more of the country doing this than anything else!
I hope Splashdogs keeps growing and spreading around the country, I'd love to go to more Splashdog events. And if any of you are out this way, come on up to Michigan for one of our UA events---Cherry Fest is the best one all year---right on the beach of Lake Michigan.
Anyway just wanted to say hi and make my first post here . :wink:

Glad to meet you on the Splash Dogs Board! We're really glad that Tony had the chance to share the Splash Dogs way of dock jumping in Michigan. We really love the Splash Dog events, Tony and all of his crew as well as the volunteers really make the events something to remember and enjoy.

Sorry I missed you. I do the announcing for Tony and it killed me to miss Detroit. Becky my daughter had a flyball tournament the same day in Northern California so that is where we went.
