What is the set up at the Bakersfield event?

I am interested in finding out if it is it on GRASS or CEMENT?

I know the air temperature is likely to be very hot in Bakersfield at that this time of the year, but that is not my concern. My concerned is how hot the ground will be for the dogs pads walking on it.

Do you have any information?

Pick your hotel away from the Fair Grounds. Maybe look on Oak Street or California & Oak or on Rosedale (24th St) and I-5? Just where on the Grounds is the event being held?
