I am very pleased to announce that this year we are donating our proceeds to AAARF (Auburn Area Animal Rescue Foundation) As we all are aware of the rescues are in dire need, there are so many animals in rescue right now due to various circumstances. Now is the time we can make a difference. This year we are going to try and raise money by having a raffle. If you can assist in any way with donations it will make this a huge success! If you wish to assist please email me at sandraestewart@yahoo.com. Together we can make a difference.
This will be our 5th annual event here in Auburn. Splash Dogs was very instrumental in helping build the dog park here in Auburn. You may visit that site at www.ashleymemorialdogpark.com it shows the map of the dog park. For the past 4 events the dog park received the donations.
I want to thank each and everyone of you for helping in the past and I am confident that I can count on you in the future to making the Auburn event another success story!
Please visit the link to AAARF in my signature!

This is a great opportunity for all you Sacramento newcomers to come out and volunteer to help this event be as big as it has been in previous years! In addition to helping raise funds for ARF and making a great event for others to enjoy (including yourselves) you get a chance to get to know some of the local jumpers and build relationships for a club!!!

So - I'm putting a call out to the Sacramento Jumpers - I know Sandra could use lots of help in supporting the raffle and other areas as well. Get a few donations from your local retailers, they love donating to help such great causes.

Hey that's all the new jumpers! What a great opportunity to make a difference. If you are interested in being a sponsor or a vendor this is a good way to promote your business and help with the rescue!

I make custom dog collars, and could donate a few, or even some gift certificates, so that people could make their own, or have me embroider their dog's name on it. Let me know what would be better, I am glad to help out.

I'll be there in May for Murphy's second jump. We can't wait!

I own an Esthetics studio and would love to donate a gift Certificate for a one-hour facial. Let me know if you think this would be appropriate.

thanks!

Ashley's collars are very nice looking and built Chessie tough.

Stanley is modeling Ashley's limited edition Prunedale Ducking Dog Collar. Hanging from the collar is a handcrafted brass ID tag purchased at the 2008 Auburn event. This is Stanley's favorite collar to wear when he is chasing the ladies at the beach.

The dog pictured below is another example of why we rescue dogs from shelters, give them a warm foster home, and find the perfect match for a permanent home. This dog was pulled from a high kill rate shelter in November, enjoyed the Christmas Holidays at a foster home, and moved into his new home on Valentines Day. These 2 children are enjoying their first dog and the dog will always be grateful he was rescued from the shelter.

Happy Kodak rescue moments rely on volunteers, donations, and events such as the Annual Auburn Jump For Cash.

Mark your calendars for another fun weekend in Auburn supporting man’s best friend.

Auburn and the surrounding area is also a very cool place to explore and hang out for a few extra days.

Those are very nice collars. Ashley, are you going to be at Auburn this year. I would like to get a collar done?

I will be at the Auburn event all weekend. Work already has my days off written down:) The collar that the lovely Stanley is modeling is the old style made out of cotton fabric and interfacing to add strength. They are still available, but my newest collars are made of nylon with decorative ribbon. This makes it impossible for stretching to happen. So far, I have 14 different colors of webbing, and about 130 types of ribbon, and always looking for more! Either way, both styles of collars are very strong. When you have a fat chessie, that's important!
I make regular buckle, limited slip and martingale collars. They can be personalized with custom embroidery as well. I'm still working on getting a web site set up, but as soon as I do, I will post it.
PS. Thanks Stanley! What is the modeling rate these days?...

If anyone is interested, I will be in Pittsburg on Sunday with "a few" collars to showcase the different types of ribbon I have, since my website is not up yet.

are there any facilities at this event for rv parking and tent camping????

We do have one person providing security for the pool as mandated by the city, however, there is no camping at this park. There is a local campground about 4 miles from the event.
