Here's an email attached below, that I just recieved today, in case anyone is interested in meeting Ted on his journey:

Greetings from the road on "The Dog Cancer Ride Across America Two"...

The ride's been great so far. As I write this letter, I'm overlooking an amazing hillside in Glen Ellen, California (Sonoma County - wine country - wow). I wish you could be here with me - the view is truly incredible.

We've made it over 1/2 way through the ride. 736 miles done - 593 to go. And we've already raised over $5,235 in much needed donations to help dogs get cancer care their owners couldn't otherwise afford...

My body's in pain, but holding up for the moment - and I'm excited as I ride towards our final destination, Marty's birthplace in Los Angeles, California (we're actually planning to end the ride at the no-kill shelter where Marty was born!).

As expected, the road is tough, but I get strength from the kind words of support everyone sends me, from the generous donations that keep rolling in, and from knowing that I'm riding for a great cause.

So to everyone who's been there to support me so far - thank you for being part of our Dog Cancer Ride family.

One of the things I like best about the Ride is that it gives me a chance to meet with clients and their dogs who have been through this experience - and who understand why we work so hard to help other, less fortunate, members of our Dog Cancer family. Some share a cup of coffee with me - others come on camera to do an interview... But always it's a great chance to connect with the people (and dogs) who we're working to help every single day.

Would you like to meet me?

I'm getting ready to roll into San Francisco, then Santa Cruz, and then down the coast towards Santa Barbara and Los Angeles - all over the next 2 weeks... And I'd love to meet you. If you live near our route, and would like to meet along the way, just drop me a note and let's see if we can set up a time to get together.

I've uploaded a map of our route onto the Dog Cancer Ride website.

Again, thank you so much for your support and I can't wait to meet you along the Dog Cancer Ride Across America Two.

Bye for now...
and I'll see you down the road.

Warmly,

Ted Schneck

P.S. As I launch the 2nd half of the Dog Cancer Ride Across America Two I can't wait to meet you and hear from you along the way.
