Still the same ISE show just a different dock. I'll bet my life savings the dogs will not be able to tell the difference between last years dock and this years dock. Hope to see you there.

Ms. Talla Dega & I are just going to remain quiet on this posting. Hats off to PJ for saying something.
My life is revolved around hunting enviroments and the ISE events have been are all time favorite. We have found we were most at home there with SD hosting the events.
Now life has rearranged some things, and I can't say how I truly feel.
However, I will wish all participants a good time and good weather. We will NOT be attending them.
Respectfully Disappointed,
Gianna & Ms. Dega

If I may.......let me say one more thing.
What we SD created in the years past at the ISE locations will not be the same show this year by many definitions.
I will just speak for mine right now, but what I do know is this:
It was the SD Crew, Voices, & Family that created the past ISE events and dock diving shows.
Without the same people, it will NOT be the same show.
Again, Respectfully Disappointed!

The news is true, Splash Dogs will not be a part of the 2010 ISE events. We are disappointed, as 2009 Splash Dogs had the largest event ever in Sacramento and had crowds of hundreds in Salt Lake City. Splash Dogs and ISE have worked closely over the years in developing ISE Splash Dogs experience. Unfortunately, the ISE has made a business decision to go in a different direction.
Stay tuned - Splash Dogs will be announcing the details on the first Nor Cal event for 2010 shortly!!

VERY Disappointed, too....my "business decision" is to stay with Splash Dogs. If it weren't for Splash Dogs, my life would be missing some pretty incredible memories, friends..and photos :-) my gratefulness and loyalties run deep...Looking forward to seeing you all at an upcoming Splash Dog event.

In the words of the immortal Bill Murray in Meatballs: "It just doesn't matter!"
I'm taking my girlfriends' brothers' dog, Sticktight, an Australian Shepard Mc Nab cross to Sacramento and we are going to rock! We are going to represent Splash Dogs for effect. Our jumps will be long and strong and I shouldn't be allowed to post after so many beers. See you there. Come and compete and let the ISE staff know that this year wasn't as fun as 2009 was with Splash Dogs. Support the sport. -Pete

Haven't been a fan of the DD shows since they went so "commercial". You are just a number to them. I'll still be there most likely, but I'll be a little disappointed.
DD is claiming they signed a 3 year contract with the ISE too.

To each his own...
Come on out and join us on Jan 30 - 31 for the BADD New Years Jump - that is going to be a blast and the very first event for the new DogGone Dirty Dock Diving facility!

PJ,
It is the amount of margaritas that can really fire this Italian up, or maybe it was my buddy JD....LOL.
Seriously, your reply hits the nail on the head. Knowing the level of passion and character you have is what decides it for me.
I have a good friend with a German Short Hair named "Grace" who I've encouraged to go to the Dock Dogs in San Mateo. It's about Team Grace and getting as much experience as he can with his girl.
He's new to the sport of dock diving and little Ms. Grace is Dega's idol in how she flies!
I plan on attending the Sacramento Show to show my support to Chase Away K9 Cancer and but of course........spend every dollar I have on sporting/hunting/and who knows with me!
I will not have Dega with me, as it will be a day about Mom. And no boo hoo's that she doesn't get to jump either, little 3 legged girl will be having a blast on 10 acres with her cows and Aunts & Uncles! Sorry, but "her ranch" is her "priority"....LOL
I look forward to seeing you and the show.
Respectfully & more sincerely than most would know,
Gianna & Ms. TallaDega

It'd really be nice if we could keep this Dock Diving Website and Message Board about Dock Diving related issues. . . . anything else just seems to "muddy the waters."
