I just wanted to thank H3D for putting on a very nice event this weekend at the Tamarack Junction in Reno. We had some new folks from our team come out to try the sport and needless to say they are hopelessly addicted! We still have four more little guys and a couple more big guys who missed out this weekend but are really looking forward to future events! It was so nice to visit with so many great people and to celebrate so many accomplishments of the dogs. Congratulations to all the competitors!

Pyro and I were there in spirit (work always gets in the way!) but we just wanted to say a HUGE congrats to Tinka for pulling off that gigantic 24' jump. Now mommy gets to go to Italy! That little dog sure can fly. We are both very proud of you guys.

I would like to echo the prior two posts. A great time was had by all. Now that my son is hooked I might have to change our team name to "Vanatta's Triple Threat". Thanks again to H3D.

We would also like to thank H3D for putting on such a great event. I know it was a lot of hard work and we appreciated it..
Roxy probably got her one and only ribbon :) She did get a new personal best at 7' 8". 3 more inches than her last. She had a great time jumping for it. We are already looking forward to next year.

Me to !! I want to echo all of the above comments, I/we had a great time. The weather even pulled it off on Sunday.. Tinka (and myself) want to thank everyone for sharing in HER great jump - it was truly a once in a life time unexpected great thrill for me!! My Tinka just makes me so proud, and I feel so lucky to have met so many great, caring people in the last 5 years in this sport that I can't imagine life without Splash Dogs. Anyway, thanks to all and hope to keep on jumping big.

I also want to thank everyone for one of the best times we have ever had. Having a divisional finals gave Reeses a chance to shine. Not only catching the bumper in SV practice on Friday, giving her the confidence to continue, but to give a couple of her best jumps every in finals. Bringing home a 4th place ribbon in Juniors, fantastic time. Thank You!!

Exemplary job by H3D this weekend - one of the best organized events I've been to. Great location with view of the mountains and a sports bar nearby to pass the time while waiting for the finals. Although I know its a lot of work to set up and tear down, the small pool/ramp is a great idea - it really shortens the wait for the dock. The grill is not a bad idea either.
