Hey all, I know that word is already floating around so I thought I'd drop a quick note. Ursula did fall in the pool at an event today. She did break her leg. She is on her way back home and is in good hands with her mom and daughter. She is scheduled for surgery Friday.
Bad luck again for such a great person!

Hey guys,
Am surprised at how fast the word gets out. Just to clarify, I fell in the pool today at an event, yes this is becoming a habit I think...
Anyway, when I fell I hadn't realized I was falling until my ankle reached the bottom of the pool and then I heard crackn or maybe it was felt. As I fell since I wasn't thinking I locked my knee which is why there is so much damage. I have three breaks in my ankle, the back side, the left and the right side. I am schedule for surgery on Friday morning and I'll be sporting a pretty blue cast for the next month and a half.
Anyway, wanted to send hugs out to everyone who helped me out and huge thanks to Wendy, once again my boys are staying w/her. Your a true friend Wendy.
But hey on the bright side, GUNNER jumped!
I cannot believe your luck Ursula. Wishing you a speedy recovery! Please let me know if there is anything I can do!

I spoke with Urs last night and she was in good spirits! She didn't sleep much the night before..lots of pain. Surgery is at 8 this morning. Let's all keep prayers and positive thoughts. By the way...and I could be wrong...but I believe Urs holds the indoor and outdoor record for "Handler falling in the Water the Most" WE LOVE YA URS!

I still think I could have beat that on that driveway hill, but I think I would have worried too many people, lol!
The lesson learned....don't walk backwards on any dock, this in fact could happen to YOU!

Urs, you are too crazy...impressive speeding ticket. Time to get the tranquilizer darts ready for when you start to feel really frisky!
Your BADD team looks forward to seeing you this weekend!
cheers,

Louise, I can't wait to see you guy either....Gunner and I hit the dock today in Redwood City, well, Gunner and Josh hit the dock, I got to sit in the freaking hot sun...but at least my boy got out to his favorite place and had some fun!
The water was nice and warm, nothing I would actually fall into, I prefer 30 degrees or lower...lol
