Hello,
My name is Miriam. I have been a behavioral specialist for 4 years and own my own business in the DFW area of Texas. Recently, a 10 month old Lab mix was surrendered to me. His owner could not give him what he needed. Chip is a black lab/shep mix who has simply flourished with me. His gifts and talents are many. He could learn fly ball and would be great at it. His true love, however, is the water. Each day we can, we go to the pond and he swims, and swims and swims and then swims some more. He has more energy than any dog I have met in the 6 years I have been in this field. He deserves to be owned by a person who will take his gifts and help him use them. His temperment is amazing...he passes all of the tests. He is smart and funny. I cannot supply what he needs on a long term basis. I know there must be someone out there who either knows of someone or themselves may be retiring a dog and may be needing another to train.
