Which ones do you like? Any suggestions? I don't like human names for dogs and I prefer 1 or 2 syllabels only.


Male Names:
***Beven
Bang
Brink
*Rebar
Rip
Ryot
*Squid
Stoli
**Tazer
**Tank


Female Names:
*Brazen
*Naughty, Nottie, Nody
*Suka
Rumor
Rogue
**Saucy
Shiraz
*Tizzy

A star means it is a favorite of mine! :)

Brazen for female

For some reason I just think Brazen and Crash sound good together.

I didn't change either of my boys names but I had thought about changing Gunther to Panzer which is German for Tank.

For some reason I just think Brazen and Crash sound good together.

I didn't change either of my boys names but I had thought about changing Gunther to Panzer which is German for Tank.

Panzer is My Rottie's Name!!! You are the Only One I have Ever heard of Naming their dog that.. Everyone that I have come across Loves the name but Doesn't Know the Meaning.. My Mother's Labs Nem is Sherman, We got two Tankers in the Family... :)

Female - Brazen

Male/Female - Rumor/Rogue

Male - Tazer


I name my dogs what I want regardless whether they are female or male. Although I wouldn't embrass my male with a sissy name. I did not change Lizzie's call name.

Gandalf - female
Merlin - male
Cheyenne - female

Thanks. Unfortunatley it became a self-fulfilling prophecy. The kid Crash's into everything!!!!

I know a Great Dane named Panzer. Not a jumper, but certainly a tank! Love the name Sherman. Seems snuggly! :0)

Yeah, I came Up with it..(Pat on the Back) She was going to name him something Crazy.. I took one look at Him and He screamed Sherman.. LOL...... Funny How they Look their Names... We had a Boxer/Rot mix... Hank!!! Looked Like a Hank To.

In my experience, whatever the name, you get what you are naming them...Riot was a boxer in my tuteledge a few years ago. She was exactly that...a riot! So, be careful, a recent client named her lab Danger. She has now changed it to Danj.
My Rottie is Mabel which means my beautiful one in Latin. She is just that.
Not to get off topic...so don't flame me...have a young lab mix in my care who is a natural dock diver...his name is Chip. He needs to be placed asap.
He is a surrender because the elderly lady didn't know what she was getting into when she got him as a pup. Long story...but he is worth anything I can do to place him in this sport. Please get the word out. I am in Texas and will figure out a way to meet someone halfway to wherever to give him the home he deserves.

I drove 3 hours north today to meet 2 females and a male and Crash and I fell in love with one of the females. She is a beautiful, small, 18 month old........................MALINOIS!!!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAYAY! I finally got one. :)

She is petit, sweet, quiet, not much personality yet so I am having a hard time picking a name :(

I say Brazen!! She is gorgeous. She'll be getting you beers from the fridge in no time.

Funny thing is that one of our fellow competitors here in Indiana has Naughty (Black Lab) and Tizzy (GSP).

Before I even saw her Brazen was going to be the name I picked. And looking at her picture...IT FITS HER...she is beautiful.......

Oh Brazen is so beautiful and Crash and her seem like they have been together forever. They just look so cute together.

How is Brazen feeling now? She looks great in the pictures with Crash.

Good. She has finished her rounds of meds and is still on a bland diet.

Every day she gets more energy and shows more malinois traits.

She has started the air snap bark lately, mouthiness, playing with toys, and just relaxing and becoming more silly.
