Hello from S. FL

I am a lab lover from S.FL ( fort lauderdale) area. I just recently introduced my 8 mo old lab gal to diving. She did great for 5 straight days in my brothers pool. She went after the ball every time -retrieved it and dropped it at my son's or my feet each time. I'm so proud of her! I am interested in finding people in my area who are involved in this sport so I can practice with her. She'd be great in the sport and has a love for water and is easily trainable and follows my commands. Any help- suggestions etc would be greatly appreciated!

The only club that is known so far is the Ft Myers Gang AKA Southwest Florida Dog Diving Club

You can get more info at www.SWFLDogDiving.com

We have practices most Saturdays (confirm them the Wednesday before) :: we have practice this Saturday @ 1:30 p.m.

I know it's a drive but for the fun and excitement - come over!!

Oh that sounds wonderful. She is being spayed next week so she won't be able to go in the water for 2 wks then we have a family vacation planned for the second week in August but after that I'd love to come and get her introduced to the sport. She's done very well in my brothers pool - loves to jump for anything that hits the water! And I'd really like to get her involved in this sport as I think she would really enjoy it. I also havea 13 yr old son that I think would benefit from being involved in something he can be proud of. Thanks so much- hope to see you soon!
