Lovable dog needs a good home
 

We have a dog that needs a good home and she would be perfect for someone interested in the splash dogs. Her name is Lucy she is a border collie cross (the cross part we do not know but she is taller than a boarder collie, has a very slight build, and short hair). Lucy has a great personality and is fun to have around. She is also well house trained. Lucy came to us from one of our sons college buddies who has found himself in a cituation where he can no longer keep her, we agreed to take her for a couple weeks hoping he could work things out, but we have now had her for five weeks and he doesn't believe he can take her back. Our problem is two fold, we already have four dogs of our own and are only allowed four dogs in the city where we live. Secondly and the reason I think she would be great for someone in this organization is that she jumps our six foot fence. She does not clear the fence with one jump but easily jumps to the top. She can also easily jump vertically from a standing position to take a treat from my daughters up stretched hand which I would put at at least six feet. We watched one of your competitions last summer at the Jerome County fair and all of the dogs participating seemed well cared for and well loved. I don't know how much longer we will be able to keep Lucy and we would really like to find a good home for her.
