Hello Everyone,
It's been a very very long time since I posted anything here. Today my heart broke during a visit at the vets with Dega regarding the love of 2 vet techs there trying to find a 2 yr old pitbull a home.
Splashdog's community has a home of a core group who love this breed and I have always admired the famous saying of "don't judge the dog by its breed".
"Champ" was found tied up at a school yard in very poor condition. He was severely torn up as a "bait dog". I have never heard of this HORRIFIC term and learned what evil is out there.
The wonderful vet tech raised money for surgery to remove both his eyes. He is healing well but is blind. He reports to be full of love and amazingly friendly for what god only knows this animal has been put through. I saw photos of him and he is gorgeous.
The local community made his own Facebook page and he has an e-mail for anyone who has the opportunity give Champ a new life full of compassion and love.
If there is ANYONE out there that knows any one who has the right home, please go to:

Thank you for reading this story and passing it on.
Sincerely,
Gianna & Ms. TallaDega
