Default Bakersfield Event is GREAT!!!!!

I just got back from the Bakersfield event and it is Great. It is definitely my favorite place of all of the places I have gone for Splashdogs events. I highly recommend going to this event.

It is at the Kern County Fair and the Splashdogs pool is located in an area where there are a number of "shows". Splashdogs, Pig Races, High Divers, Clydesdale Horses and Dalmation, Singing Stage Show, Elephant Rides. The carnival rides are next door and there is abundant food.

It is on Grass. The pool is on grass, the tent area is grass, everywhere is grass. No burning paws!!!!!!! Really nice set up for the event. The people running the fair are very friendly. You park in the lot on Union Street ($5)and then you have to haul your things to the pool. It is not super close, but it is not that far, about as far as the pool is from the parking at Cynosports.

It was hot but not scorching. It is suppose to get hotter, but the grass helps keep things cool. You definitley need a tent for shade.

I just did a day trip there today; left Orange County early in the morning and spent all day there with Chase and Linda and Tessa and then drove back tonight. I am going to go back this weekend and spend Saturday and Sunday there.

Hope to see you there.

Brooke & Chase

Default Wooohooo...

Yes it is great!

Crash, Cricket and I went up yesterday and got lots of practice time in. Cricket was flying off the ramp and Crash was running down the dock without any hesitation. He even hit a new PB of 11.4! Woooohooo!

We had a blast!
