Default Pepper smokes the Splashdogs bigair record and hits 7'6" in SV at ISE

What an amazing weekend. Pepper the new catahoula on scene popped off a whopping 27'8" jump to set the new Splashdogs world record during the finals and hit 7'6"in SV! It was a pleasure watching Matt and Pepper do their thing on the dock. Pepper makes it look effortless. GREAT JOB!!

Wow! Congrats, Matt & Pepper! Was 26'7" Pepper's previous best from Cyno (which was amazing too)? That's incredible to increase over a foot when you're already near the end of the pool. Maybe Tony will have to get some longer pools!

Thanks, Tracy, for the event news -- sounds like everyone really upped their game and had fun!

Congrats to Pepper on his great weekend! It's not a Chessie?LOL....27'8" is definitely a new Super Air record! Congrats Matt and Pepper!

The SV Splash Dogs record is 7'8" set in July 2008 at Wags for Wishes by Stryker and Melissa Ness. Definitely going to be a great showdown at the Championships in Arizona!

Yup, I saw that jump!!!!
Watching it I at that moment I really did think that Pepper was going to end up jumping passed the pool all together.
It was an AWESOME jump!!!!
I bet his next jump would have been a 28 footer cause Pepper was just getting warmed up.
It was quite a treat to be part of this event.

Holy SMOKE! Outstanding job Matt & Pepper. It will not be long and we will need goal post pads installed on the end of the pool.

Default video

does anyone have that jump on video? I missed it as I was packing up the crate and such.......

Also kudos to Matt for helping me to find a forever home for a dog from my animal shelter. THANKS MATT as it looks like Jojo may just have gotten the home he deserves.

I do have video recorded from the judges booth for the entire pro finals. Only still shots for SV. I will have the video posted shortly.
