Nominations for the 2010 Splash Dogs Awards

Nominations are now open for the 2010 Annual Awards. Let your fingers do the talking - send in your nominations for some of our funner awards of 2010!

Each year as part of the Splash Dogs Annual Awards Dinner we hand out awards based on statistical information as well as some funner topics such as "Most Photogenic" or "Most Spirited Cheerleader" which are by popular vote.

I will be taking nominations for each of the categories through 11:59PM PST September 23rd. Voting will begin on September 24th. Nominations will ONLY be taken via email at: ursula@splashdogs.com

Nominations will be accepted from any handler who has competed in at least one Splash Dogs wave from 10/1/2009-now. Nominated teams must also have competed in a Splash Dogs competition with Splash Dogs during that time frame.

The categories we are taking nominations for are:

Most Spirited Cheerleader
Most Photogenic Team
Most Enthusiastic Team
Most Entertaining in the Water
Most Entertaining in the Air
Most Entertaining on the Dock
Gabe Sportsmanship Award:
This award was created in memory of the great team of Todd Bobula and Gabe. These two were two of the earliest competitors to grace the Splash Dogs dock. This award is to be awarded to the Handler (and his/her dog) who showed the best sportsmanship and was an ambassador for the sport throughout the competition year.
