OC Pet Expo - Update and Bubble
Hey everyone,
A great day at the Pet Expo today! We had several very full waves, some new personal bests and a new SD World Record! In Super Vertical, crowds stayed past closing and enjoyed seeing the debut of Mini SV! Mini SV is similar to the standard version, however it is our Lap Dog Version, the SV extender holds the bumper 4 feet out, instead of at the standard 8 feet out. Kudos to Bubbles, Twiztid and Vandal for showing the crowds that this sport truly is for everyone! Mark Stuart and Hogan set a new personal best of 7'! This is phenominal, especially considering Hogan is 8 1/2 yrs old! This catch put them in 2nd place to Melissa Ness and Stryker, who won the Super Vertical Competition with a catch at 7'2", then continued on to set a new Splash Dogs World Record of 7'6"! Huge Congrats also go out ho said Senior Dogs can't Rock the Dock! In Super Air we saw a huge turnout with very full waves throughout the day and several newcomers making their way to the dock!
