Who's going?
I have a mixed breed pup, I have started "training"

Is there a proper way to do this?
Any advice would be helpful,
I plan on attending the Dock Diving @ CynoSports to give it a shot!

go to www.sportmutt.com and click on training. They have a few articles that should help get you started. The best way though is to attend an event and at a splashdogs event I'm sure there will be plenty of people there to help you out. Good Luck at your first event and be prepared for a fun time. :lol:

I would have never thought about a "starting" point and always the same.

Renegade, Jasper and I are planning on heading down to phoenix for Cynosports.

A chance to visit my sister and parents, watch all my friends do agility and let the kids jump off the dock! Doesn't get any better than that!

I just have to get out and practice my throws before then so that I can actually hit the pool this time

Then I have to figure out how to get Jasper to "jump" instead of "dive". He likes to go in head first right off the end of the dock

You'll have a great time trying it out with your dog - Tony always puts on a fun event and everyone is great about helping newbies!
