Is the pool going to be in the same place it was in January, or is it going to be back by the water where it was last year??

According to the State Fair web site (I think it's something like "bigfun.org" it's going to be in the rodeo arena, which is really close, if not next to, where it was in January. I know we use the same gate and it's not far from the gate. I am assuming that it will be where it was. This will be my dog's second time to jump (she jumped in Jan at 11 months old) and she's been practicing. Just so she has fun!

I've updated the registration page with this information as well.
Splash Dogs will be in the Rodeo Arena. You will enter through the East Gate, once in there you will go to the Rodeo Arena. There will be a parking section designated for Splash Dogs. Once you park, you will then proceed to gate at the Rodeo Arena. Tell the gate person that you are a Splash Dogs Participant, they will let you into the arena.
