L.A. County Fair Week 1
We're excited - we're unexpectedly going to be in the area during this event, so I signed Lucy up.
We're not familiar with events in this region. The details say that admission tickets and parking passes will be provided prior to the event. Does anyone know how that is going to work, are they going to be emailed out to us? thanks -

Entry tickets and parking passes will be mailed to the pre-registered participants a few days ahead of the event. The first group is in the mail and a participant email will be going out tomorrow evening after entries close with all logisitics. Entry for Week 1 will close tomorrow 9/1.

We're registered for week one waves. We live in Florida, but we're here in the area this week. Can we get the tickets mailed to us here locally instead? Is there someone I need to email or call to get that done?

I registered last week and have not received anything in the mail....??????????????

If you have not received your passes in the mail for parking and tickets by the first day you plan to attend we will make arrangements to get you passes when you arrive at the event. The tickets for week one were mailed on Wednesday. I sent an email to all pre-registered participants for week 1 the other night which included a revised week one schedule and my phone number if any issues arise.
Gate 19 will have a list of all pre-registered attendees and we will ensure that you guys will be able to get in. If there are any issues you can always call me at 408-981-6372.

All pre-registered competitors will receive free parking each day they are registered as well as two entry tickets per day. We will be parking at Gate 19 - this is the closest gate to our venue, though it is a small walk so bring wheels to carry stuff to the SD venue. Let me know if you have any other ?'s
