5 yr old rescued Chessie in Nor Cal

I don't post each of the Labs that I add daily to LabRescue.org, but just posted a Chesapeake Bay Retriever at http://www.labrescue.org/other-labs.html#coco that thought was worth a mention since Chessies have typically done very well with dock diving.

I was hoping to take him out to assess his water retrieving skills and dock diving potential, but haven't had a chance. The rescuer who saved him says she thinks he may have been a hunting dog. He is microchipped but they haven't found the owners who abandoned him.

So if anyone is would like to consider adopting OR FOSTERING a rescued Chessie, purebreds don't come through often so you might want to check out this athletic looking boy who is currently being kenneled in the Bay Area.
