Default Looking to get started

Looking to get started with my 1 1/2 yo Choco Hershey. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Just looking at trying this as a way for the two of us to have some fun together.

There are several things you can do to get your dog ready for competition. First, do you have anywhere you can get your dog out to a dock? A pool? It really depends on what you have available to you. There is work you can also do on land, which really helps as a foundation.

Where are you located?

Default Welcome Hershey

It was great to meet you this weekend. Bummer that this was Hershey's first attempt w/the dock. DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED. In my opinion the indoor event at the Cow Palace was a negative enviorment for newbies. I am so thankful you rescued Hershey, and I will be happy to help practice with ya.

We need to get you to an outdoor dock. Join our BADD club and get up to Redwood City when you are not taking racing photos. Our group of enthusiasts are really coming together, and I am finally getting everyone's name right!

I was downloaded about a dock in Milipitas but I need to check it out first so I don't give any false hope.

There are so many wonderful links to find out more info....I am just researching them myself.

Check your schedule and let us know.

Thanks, it was nice to have so many people helping out with him. I'll admit I was a little disappointed with the lack of results on Sunday but we will try again soon. I think you are right though, he will probably do much better outside.
