I'm so sorry for your loss. Both of them. But aren't our dogs wonderful therapy? They are always there for us no matter what. I lost my Rott of 11 years last Oct. and I can say Sadie was right by my side, they just seem to know. That's one reason Sadie is a therapy dog. I can take her into places where the elderly have had to leave their best friends behind she is just an awesome inspiration to these people. It just brings them such joy.

Congrats on Phoebe's jump, I was there at Costa Mesa and saw how excited you were, that was great.

Hi. Thank you for your condolences. Actually, Sierra was a therapy dog 'back in the day' when she was younger. She gave lots of people comfort with her sweet disposition so I know what you mean. Dogs are wonderful 'therapy'.

I have to say that my proudest moment was at Long Beach too. Nevada found her sweet spot and popped out 25 footers all weekend and also a 26 footer too giving herself a record. We won that event and to the surprise of Rob she even beat the infamous Sisko the Kid which only a few dogs have ever done. Quite an accomplishment for a newbie. That event set the standard for Nevada and for the majority of the time she is still popping out those 25 foot jumps and making me proud all over again.

I witnessed that step into the pool  It's all true and it was sooooooo cold. Marilyn even stayed soaking wet in her blue jeans and dry donated Splash Dogs shirt and competed in another wave too.

Actually right now is a very proud moment with her. I had to put my oldest dog to sleep this past Friday as well as had my mom's funeral on Wednesday and she has been by my side with her brother, Dunkin, loving on me all weekend. She went with me to the vet's for moral support and she has been a great inspiration to me with all the love she can give.
I am so sorry Marilyn for your losses. My prayers are with you. I will have a big hug waiting for you at Wags.
