Default ISE Salt Lake Registration now open

At: http://splashdogs.com/events/register/SaltLake03-13.php

Please note that if you pre-register by midnight PST, on March 7th, passes will be mailed to you. If you do not register by this date, getting into the event will be much less convenient!

Also, please read the full text describing the event, details on best of the west, etc. Note that since this event is indoors, we do need to be aware of the noise factor. Crating will be inside for quiet dogs, in your cars for not so quiet dogs. We will also be asking you to work with us on the noise factor while waiting in line! We do understand that dogs will bark in excitement and are not expecting total quiet, but we will need to be aware of the situation and do our best to not bother people with booths near our pool! We want to be asked back to this event!

Default I am registered

I have never been to an event before. I know my dogs jump but everything else is new. I am bringing a 12 year old girl to jump my older black lab. They have a very good bond and Cede(my black lab) is a good listener. I hope this will be fun and I am very excited. Taylor(the 12 year old girl) is beyond excited. She wants to "train" but I don't want to "train" a bad behavior so we are just working on obedience right now. Cede loves jumping off docks but she doesn't get alot of distance, but I think she will be fine. My yellow lab Cami loves the water but has never really jumped off docks, but if Cede will do it so will Cami. Kind of a Monkey See Monkey Do kinda thing. Well I hope to meet a few new people there. I would like to get into contact with a few people before we go down there. Just to make it a little easier I guess. TTYL. Dawn , Rock Springs, Wy

Hey guys, just thought I would bring up a list of dog friendly hotels near the SLC event. They're actually kind of hard to find out here. Just so every one knows, this event is about 20 minutes and 20 miles South of downtown SLC. All of the hotels listed except Hotel Monaco are within a ten minute drive of the event. If you really want to spoil yourself and your dog, check out the Hotel Monaco website All hotels other than Monaco are under $90 a night and have pet fees under $25. If I can get a tally of people coming for the event, I would be willing to try and get a group rate under Splash Dogs.

We have a room at the Comfort Inn Sandy the room was 84.99 and a $10 per pet fee. It has an indoor pool and it is off the same exit as the Expo.

Just a reminder that you MUST register online by midnight March 7th for this event to receive the entry passes in the mail. If you register onsite or after that date, getting into the event will be much less convenient!

All right I got my passes yesterday and we are just about ready to go. Taylor, Cede, Cami and I are very excited to be able to do this. We will help whenever and where ever possible.

Just a notice to anyone planning on coming to this event. We do have approx. 25 reserved parking places very close to the loading door and pool. These spots will be first come, first serve. We aren't allowed to let anyone in before the Expo opens, but the sooner you show up the better chance you have to park close.
